Took meh awhile to remember who those to be from just lookin' at the picture. Haven't seen Eiken in the longest. Yeah, I remember this girl being more of a playful advisor to Densuke then anything else. Even though this be quite a cute scene. I kinda like it. @x@

Uh, no. They're two characters from the manga and anime series "Eiken". He's rather short, and she's rather tall. In the story, she abducts him and forces him to join her club, the Eiken club, because he has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. The way she's portrayed here is extremely bizarre. Under normal circumstances, she's a perverted Amazon girl who torments Densuke and tries to push along his and Chiharu's relationship.

Kuga is the illusion girl.

That's the thing: nobody in the club knows just why the hell the club even exists! Because he has no presence, nobody will care if he goes missing, so...well, everybody else in the school is afraid of the club, but only because they don't know what the club stands for.

Chiharu is a very busty and quite intelligent redheaded freshman who was also forced to join the club about a year before Densuke came along and who Densuke has a crush on. Densuke was the first guy to ever touch her breasts, and returned her wallet to her after she dropped it after the incident. The whole series is pretty much about this Densuke character and his furthering his relationship with each of the girls of the Eiken club as well as a good handful of Chiharu's relatives.
